Imam Anwer graduated from the Alimiyah program at Qalam Seminary, studying under scholars such as Shaykh Abdul Nasir Jangda and Mufti Husain Kamani. He earned a sanad and ijazah in Qur'an memorization and recitation under Shaykh Uthman Khan. Previously, he was the Imam and Religious Director at the Islamic Association of Mid-Cities and an instructor in the Rufga Program at Tawa Islamic Seminary. He is currently the Imam and Director of Religious Affairs at Nueces Mosque.
Ustadha Saniyah is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Psychology and Plan II on the pre-med track. She is a graduate of Qalam Seminary's Alimiyah program and has completed the memorization of the Qur'an. She teaches QRN 101: Ulum Al Quran and TFS 101: Tafseer of the Last Ten Surahs alongside the other Nueces Seminary instructors.
Ustadha Reem is currently a PhD student at UT, specializing in the history of Islamic fiqh. She obtained a bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies from Qatar University. She also recently graduated from Harvard Divinity School, where she completed the Master of Theological Studies with a concentration in Islamic Studies. During this time, she served as the Muslim Chaplain at Boston University, where she provided students with spiritual and religious guidance as well as weekly halaqas. Additionally, she recently earned her Ijazah in the 10 variant Quranic recitations.
