Nueces Mosque not only gives you a place to pray, worship Allah SWT, and reflect, but there are also social and recreational activities that happen here to encourage Muslims from all over to gather in a healthy Islamic environment.

Social events

Every semester, Nueces Mosque will have at least one planned social event each for the brothers and sisters. Examples of past events include Sisters' Lock-ins and Brothers' Game Night. All are always welcome to the social events where there will always be plenty of people, halal fun, and, of course, food! Many of the social events are often themed to spice up the fun! So constantly check online or with the EC for updates regarding the events!

We should have a lot of events going on throughout the year insha'Allah, and the calendar will constantly be updated, so keep checking back! Basketball Court

Come pray at the mosque, then ball with your fellow Muslims on the court! We have two goals located in the back of the masjid for use at any time. So when you're looking for a something to do before salaat, or just feel like chilling while being close to the masjid, just head to the back and shoot some hoops!
